Retreats & Group Sessions
At Positive Pathways, based in Sittingbourne and serving Gillingham, Medway and Kent, I offer a range of wellbeing events designed to help you slow down, feel calmer, and build greater confidence in yourself.
Sometimes healing feels easier alongside others. My sessions combine hypnotherapy, guided meditation and practical life-coaching techniques in a supportive, welcoming environment.

What Retreats & Group Sessions can help with...
These sessions can support you with:
- Stress and everyday overwhelm
- Feeling disconnected or run down
- Low confidence and self-doubt
- Wanting connection with others on a similar journey
- Making space for reflection and reset
Perfect for anyone who wants the benefits of these therapies while sharing the experience with others
What it feels like...
Group sessions are calm, unhurried and easy to settle into.
Expect a mix of guided relaxation, gentle conversation, and quiet moments to reflect, all held in a small, supportive group so everyone feels comfortable.
Many people leave feeling:
- More connected and less alone with what they've been carrying
- Calmer and more grounded
- Motivated with fresh perspective
- Part of a supportive community
How it works...
Each session or retreat brings together elements of hypnotherapy, guided meditation and coaching, tailored to the group and the theme of the day.
Events include both online sessions and in-person gatherings, always kept to small group sizes so everyone has space to be heard and supported.
I also occasionally collaborate with other wellbeing professionals to host special workshops and retreats, bringing together different skills and approaches for a deeper, more enriching experience.
